Ingredients :
- 500 g ( 1 lb ) pork fillets
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small onion, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Cut pork into even size and cubes. place grated ginger, pepper, sesame oil, lemon juice, onion, and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Mix pork cubes with marinade and level for 1 hour.
- Thread pork cubes onto skewers. Cook on preheated barbecue flatplate for 5 minutes each side or until cooked to personal taste. Serve with a salad and hot bread rolls
- Note : pork fillets are a delicate cut with little fat visible. If not available, choose another lean cut.
