Ingredients :
- 14-16 sheets graham crackers
- 1 cup packed Brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Method :
- Arrange crackers touching side by side in a single layer. Breaking some if need be to fit. In a 11x15" baking sheet ( jelly roll pan). Preheat oven to 350º.Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan. Heat butter & Brown sugar over medium high heat until combined and melted.Continue cooking until mixture reaches a boil. Stirring constantly boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over Graham Crackers. Spread mixture evenly over crackers.Bake 6-7 minutes or until butter mixture is bubbly.
- Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top.let sit for s couple minutes until chocolate is melted then use a spoon to spread as much as you like over the top.Sprinkle nuts ( or your desired topping) over melted chocolate. Let sit 2 hours. Then cut them. Enjoy.
