Ingredients :
- 28 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
- 3 oz bulk sausage
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeño peppers and teaspoon of juices
Method :
- Add oil to the pan, unless sausage produces lots of juices.Brown the sausage add salt, and fennel seeds.
- Add jalapeño peppers and juices. Add tomatoes simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese stirring constantly, when mixed remove from heat.
- Serve hope you enjoy.
