Ingredients :
- 4 1/2 c seedless watermelon cubes
- 1/4 c vanilla infused vodka (chilled, Absolut Vanilla)
- 1/8 c triple sec
- 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Champagne
Method :
- Process waternelon cubes in blender on high until smooth. Using fine sieve, strain 2 cups of watermelon juice to large container and refrigerate 30 min.
- Add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice to chilled watermelon juice. Stir well.
- Pour drink into 4 champagne flutes leaving room to gently topp off with Champagne.
