Recipe Watermelon-Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients :

• 4 1/2 c seedless watermelon cubes
• 1/4 c vanilla infused vodka (chilled, Absolut Vanilla)
• 1/8 c triple sec
• 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Champagne

Method :

1. Process waternelon cubes in blender on high until smooth. Using fine sieve, strain 2 cups of watermelon juice to large container and refrigerate 30 min.
2. Add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice to chilled watermelon juice. Stir well.
3. Pour drink into 4 champagne flutes leaving room to gently topp off with Champagne.
