
Ingredients :
- 1 can sardines in olive oil
- 25 g. chopped shallot
- 5 g sliced bird eye chilies
- 1 T Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T clarified butter
- 15 g onion pickles
- 1 T lemon juice
- Cornichons for garnish
Method :
- Put sardine with oil in a big bowl and mash with fork
- In go the rest of the ingredients, then mix well. Use the handheld blender smoothing the rillettes
- Put the rillettes in a small bowl and chill in refrigerator for half and hour ... voila! Grill some country bread and garnish with cornichons
