
Ingredients :
- 2 lb Neckbones
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, old bay seasoning
- 1 small onion, sliced
- hot sauce
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Add water to a pan. About 1/4 full.
- Season the water with all the ingredients except the neckbones!
- Rinse the neckbones and add them to the pan.
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Season the neckbones with all the seasonings and hot sauce to taste.
- Cook for about 2 and a half hours.
- Enjoy and try not to fight over the leftovers!!
- NOTE: I used chooped onion but I suggest using an actual onion. It just taste better.
