
Ingredients :
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 piece garlic cloves crushed
- 1 bunch shredded collard greens
- 1 cooked maple ham steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 2 cup water
Method :
- Sautee chopped onions,chopped garlic n olive oil in large pot
- Add cubed up ham brown a little bit
- Add chicken broth and water and add your greens
- Cook on medium about an hour or until your greens are tender
- It should absorb the liquid
