Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 inch piece of ginger, large chopped
- 1 juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Method :
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pieces of ginger and spoon over your tonkatsu or chicken katsu and serve.
