
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 6 large Fresh frozen strawberries
- 1/4 Fresh frozen pineapple
- 1 cup original almond milk
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp whole flax seeds
Method :
- Place all ingredients in a large high powered blender and blend well.
