Ingredients :
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg beaten
- Diced carrots
- Diced onion
- to taste soy sauce
Method :
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in fry pan.
- Add beaten egg, cook through.
- Mix 1 cup of precooked rice and diced onion and carrots in separate bowl
- Add rice mix to oil and egg.
- Add desired amount of soy sauce fry and flip once. Fry each side once and serve.
