
Ingredients :
- 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 tsp chilliflakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ginger - chilli paste
- pinch chaat masala
- leaves Coriander
- to taste Salt
- Oil for deep frying
- processed cheese (2 cubes)
Method :
- Combine mashed potates, grated cheese and all the vegetables in a big bowl.
- Add chilliflakes, oregano and ginger - green chilli paste to the mixture.
- Now add pinch of chaat masala and finely chopped leaves of coriander.
- Add maida in it and stir well.
- Season the mixture with salt.
- Now make small balls from the mixture. Give proper shape of kabaab.
- Heat some oil in a pan for deep frying. When oil become medium hot, drop few kabaabs and fry them till golden and crisy.
- Remove excess oil on absorbant paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on kabaabs serve them hot with schewan sauce or green chutney and salad.
