Ingredients :
- 1 Ribeye steak, bone in (Cut 1 1/2 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup Salt grass 7 steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Course black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Real butter
Method :
- Combine all dry ingredients and season steak liberally.
- Grill on hot fire for 6 minutes per side, flipping only once.
- Remove and place 1 tbsp butter on top and rest for 3 minutes.
