Ingredients :
- 1 packages Seasoned chicken coating mix
- 1/4 tsp Seasoning salt
- 4 each Russet potatoes
- 1/2 stick Melted butter
Method :
- Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2" slices. Do not pare.
- Dip slices into melted butter and then coat well into coating mix with seasoning salt.
- Place on well greased baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes at 350°F.
