Ingredients :
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 1 teacup yogurt 2% fat (or approx. 2-3 tablespoons)
- 1 1/2 teacup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 kg all purpose floor
- 3 packets baking powder
- 1 pinch baking soda
- juice and zest from 2 small-medium or 1 large orange
Method :
- Preheat oven in 180°C, air. Put baking sheet in a pan.
- In a big bowl sift together flour and backing powder.
- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy. Add one by one eggs and then yogurt. Add orange juice and zest.
- Stop mixer and add the flour gradually, until a soft pastry forms that its"s not sticking in our hands.
- Shape cookies and place in baking pan, leave some space between then because they will rise.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, according to your oven and how big you made them.
