Recipe Healthy Brown Bread

Resep Healthy Brown Bread

Ingredients :

  • 500 gr wholemeal flour
  • 600 gr white bread flour
  • 10 gr instant yeast (or 25 gr fresh yeast)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 ml olive oil or 25 gr butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (optional)
  • 650 ml luke warm water

Method :
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients
  2. Add the olive oil and luke warm water
  3. Knead with the Kenwood dough hook for 5 minutes at the lowest speed or by hand for about 20 - 30 minutes (until rubbery)
  4. Put in a warm place to rise twice its size (approximately 1 1/2 hours
  5. Knead off for about 5 minutes
  6. Form your dough and put in a bread pan, lined with butter
  7. Let rise again for about 30 min’s
  8. Bake at 180 C (350 F) for about 20 – 30 min’s.
