Recipe Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients :

• handful fresh basil leaves, muddled
• 2 oz dry gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 2/3 oz simple syrup

Method :

1. Shake and strain over ice
2. Garnish with basil leaves
