
Ingredients :
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 small tin of tuna
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 spring onions
- 1 few green and black olives
- 6 slices low-fat cheese
- 1 small lettuce
- 1 Tbsp grated carrot
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Boil the egg until hard. Wash and prepare the fresh ingredients.
- Prepare ingredients on a plate.
- Drain the tuna and add to the above ingredients and cut the egg into quarters and add too.
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve with some roughly cut chunks of white bread.
