Ingredients :
- dip
- 2 box cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- topping
- 2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
Method :
- mix dip ingredients together. Blend until smooth.
- Spread in a square bowl. Better if spread thin.
- Blend strawberries in blender with sugar. May have to add a couple tsp. of water to start it.
- Pour strawberries over cheesecake dip and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- **Can also change up topping to what ever fruit you like or even use chocolate, caramel and nuts for turtle cheese cake dip.
- Serve with graham crackers or fruit
