
Ingredients :
- 4 small Granny Smith Apples
- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method :
- In a jar add half cup of vinegar
- In a pot add 1-1/2 cup vinegar heat, and add sugar and salt. Heat till bubbling and sugar and salt is dissolved. Make sure the biggest part of the apple fits into jars mouth
- For the apples, turn the apples on the side and slice across. Cut out the hard center where some slice have the seeds. Cut out the bloom piece.
- Add apples to the jar pour hot vinegar solution over apples. Fill on up with water add in cinnamon. Close lid and shake.
- Let sit in refrigerator or shelf for two weeks before trying. If on a shelf make sure jar seals serve chilled or warm hope you enjoy!
