Ingredients :
- 200 grams sliced beef
- 1 large onion
- bunch black pepper
- 1 egg
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake or white wine
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cooked white rice
Method :
- Mix the ingredients of sauce. Sliced the onion.
- Pan fry the onion with litte bit of oil.
- After the onion turned to gold brown colour, add the sauce and cook until the onion become soft.
- Add the sliced beef and cook it completely. Add the egg in the middle of the pan, cover the pan to cook another two minutes in low heat.
- Add the black pepper.
- Put them at the top of the cooked rice. Done :D
