Recipe Hashbrown & Eggs (Lactose free)

Resep Hashbrown & Eggs (Lactose free)

Ingredients :

  • Potatos
  • eggs
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • earthbalance vegan lactose free butter (or any butter you like)

Method :
  1. Wash, peel then cube potatos. Then boil for 9 minutes. Drain, then return to heat. Add butter, onion powder, and garlic powder, and heat/stir until lightly brown. Remove from heat.
  2. (I used same pan for eggs because it was already hot from taters.) Add a little butter to pan and scramble eggs to liking. Remove from heat
