Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
Method :
- Cream butter, then add the powdered sugar. Next, blend in the egg, almond extract, vanilla, sold, and flour.
- Chilled though until firm. Then, roll to sickness desired on a well floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
