Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup Cantonese roast pork see recipe attached
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 lb baby bok choy
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
Method :
- Wash the bok choy well
- Dice the Cantonese roast pork.
- Heat oil add pork when heated throughout add bok choy. Stirring constantly.
- When the bok choy is wilted let simmer 4 minutes serve immediately.
