Recipe Healthy Pancakes

Resep Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup oats blended into a powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • to taste honey/maple syrup
  • Olive oil/coconut oil

Method :
  1. Cut the pumkin in pieces and put in a pot to boil for 5 minutes (Until it gets soft)
  2. If you don"t have powder oats don"t panic just put rolled oats in the blender...
  3. When the oats look like powder, just had the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon also inside the blender. (1 minute)
  4. Take a pan and put some olive oil or coconut oil. When hot, pour in until you get the size desired. Cook on both sides.
  5. Top it up with honey or maple syrup
