Recipe Healthy Fried Chicken

Resep Healthy Fried Chicken

Ingredients :

  • 6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 3 dried chillies, crushed (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Method :
  1. In a bowl add the chicken, chillies, garlic, pepper, and salt and mix everything together. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a heavy based frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. And enjoy.
