Ingredients :
- 6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 3 dried chillies, crushed (optional)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
Method :
- In a bowl add the chicken, chillies, garlic, pepper, and salt and mix everything together. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- In a heavy based frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- And enjoy.
