Ingredients :
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- to taste salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Method :
- Dice potatoes. Place in pot of boiling water. Boil until soft. Drain.
- Put potatoes back in pot. Add butter. Cover and let melt.
- Add whipping cream. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Whip until fluffy. Enjoy!
