Recipe Fluffy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients :

• 6 medium russet potatoes
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• to taste salt
• to taste ground black pepper

Method :

1. Dice potatoes. Place in pot of boiling water. Boil until soft. Drain.
2. Put potatoes back in pot. Add butter. Cover and let melt.
3. Add whipping cream. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer
4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Whip until fluffy. Enjoy!
