
Ingredients :
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 chicken thigh
- cooking spray
Method :
- Rinse and pat dry the thighs.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking spray.
- Place thighs in dish. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with spices.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximatly 25 mins or until meat thermometer reads 165.
- Remove from oven and cover with foil. Let rest 10 mins.
