
Ingredients :
- 200 grams chick pea
- 100 grams yellow peas
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 large tomato finely chopped
- 6 pieces green chilli finely chopped
- 1 fresh lemon
- 4 leaves parsley finely chopped
- chaat masala
- salt
Method :
- Wash and soak the chick pea and yellow peas overnight. Put the soaked peas in a pressure cooker, add half cup of water and let it hiss 2 times.
- Drain the water. Add the chopped veggies, mix well and season with chaat masala, salt, parsley and squeeze of lemon juice .
- Serve and enjoy as a snack or with meal as salad.
