
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked Basa
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped cucumber
- 3 tbsp Sriracha mayo
- 1 tbsp Dairy sour cream
- 1/4 A.1. Sauce (i used original )
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp dried dillweed
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 Drops Huichol (hot sauce )
- 20 Club crackers (multi grain )
Method :
- In small bowl, mix fish, cucumber, sriracha mayo, sour cream, steak sauce, salt, dillweed,pepper and red pepper sauce. Spread about 1 heaping teaspoonful of mixture on each cracker. Place crackers on baking sheet.
- Set oven to broil . Broil from heat until light brown,2 minutes.
