Resep Healthy smoothie for breakfast

Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 Biscuits

Method :
  1. Put all the ingredients to blender or smoothie machine.
  2. Leave it for about 2 minutes or until will become smoothie.
  3. Serve it to glasses without filter it.
  4. This beverage is perfect 1 and a half hour before gym"s workout. Enjoy it!
