Ingredients :
- 1 Banana
- 8 Strawberries
- 200 ml milk
- 2 Biscuits
Method :
- Put all the ingredients to blender or smoothie machine.
- Leave it for about 2 minutes or until will become smoothie.
- Serve it to glasses without filter it.
- This beverage is perfect 1 and a half hour before gym"s workout. Enjoy it!
