Ingredients :
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Paprika
- Buttee
Method :
- Cut chicken into strips and soak in the milk for a half hour. I put them in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add flour, paprika, salt, and pepper to a zip lock bag. Mix well.
- Cut up slices of butter and melt in oven for 2 minutes.
- While this is melting drip excess milk off of chicken and out in the zip lock bag. Shake until all are coated.
- Line up on melted butter pan.
- Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes. I flipped them halfway through so all the coating got crispy.
- Serve with your choice of aides :)
