Ingredients :
- 2 can White Hominy
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 can (Big can) red enchilada sauce
- 2 lb Beef stew meat(easier because it's pre-cut)
- 1 each XL chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup Lime juice
- 2 cup Water
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 Lime
Method :
- Add first eight ingredients into crockpot after prepping half of red onion into quarters.
- Turn crock pot on high(4-5 hours) or low(7-8 hours). Add water as needed
- Cut remaining ingredients as a garnish for soup toppings.
- Enjoy!
