Ingredients :
- 3 cups flour
- 300 ml water
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method :
- Heat part of the water, add the sugar and the ferment
- Let it rest for about 15 minutes
- Mix water and yeast mixture with flour, and add the remaining water slowly until the desired consistency
- Keep folding the dough for about 5 minutes
- Let it ferment at room temperature for 12+ hours
- Heat the iron pan, place the dough in it and let it cook for 30 minutes with the lid closed
- Take of the lid, turn down the oven temperature and let it cook for more 15 minutes or until it gets the color you want
