
Ingredients :
- 1/4 c ground golden flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- generous dash of sea salt
- 1 egg
- 1 T water
- 1-1/2 T EVOO or coconut oil, melted
Method :
- In a small bowl, combine flaxseeds, onion powder and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in egg, oil and water and combine thoroughly. Consistency should be thick but pourable. Add 1 tsp of water if too thick and mix.
- Microwave: grease 9" pie plate and spread to cover bottom of pan. Cook on high for 90 seconds. Time may need adjustment depending on microwave.
- Skillet: grease 10" skillet and cook on med-low heat for 2-1/2 to 3 min. Turn wrap and cook 30 seconds. Cool 2 min. and carefully transfer to plate.
- Fill and serve or can be stored in the refrigerator.
- This is my salami/American cheese/mayo sandwich with "potato"salad!
