
Ingredients :
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- optional - course salt for flavor
Method :
- Place the flour into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt. Mix.
- Add the butter. Mix. Add the milk. Mix again.
- Cover. Let sit for 15 - 20 minutes.
- On floured surface: roll dough. The thinner the dough, the crispier the cracker.
- Use a fork to dot the dough.
- Cut the dough. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes.
