Ingredients :
- 250 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 750 g (EP) Cabbage, shredded
- 150 g (EP) Carrots, shredded
Method :
- Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a stainless-steel bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cabbage, and carrots, and mix well.
- Taste and, if necessary, add more salt and/or vinegar.
