Ingredients :
- 4 mangoes (small diced)
- 1 jicama (small diced)
- 1 pineapple (small diced)
- fresh orange juice
- fresh lemon juice
- tajin chili or chili powder
- cotija cheese
Method :
- Mix the fruit in a large bowl. Serve it in a cup and add orange juice enough to cover the fruit. Add a little bit of lemon juice, tajin chili and cotija cheese. You can also add small diced onion and cilantro!! Enjoy!!
