Ingredients :
- 2 cans (5 oz) tuna chunk in water drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- to taste salt
- to taste ground black pepper
- 4 each ciabatta rolls
- 8 oz. cheese, pasturized ( i use valvevetta) sliced
Method :
- Mix first six ingredient together in a mixing bowl.
- Toast ciabatta rolls, top with tuna mixture and finish with pastureized cheese slices
- Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with chips or french fries.
