
Ingredients :
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Potato
- 1 Beet
- 1 cup Soy ( or almond ) flour
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Ground master seed
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
Method :
- Steam veggies,
- Add ingredients and mix them in food processor . Add flour last.
- You will have dough texture , firm, if needed add more flour.
- Shape them,
- Wrap them with aluminum folio . And steam around 15 minutes.
- Open, take them out and grill them in a small pan.
- Serve with a "gluten free ban " if you like.
