
Ingredients :
- 3 green pepper
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 garlic
- 4 beef stake
- 1 black pepper
- 1 salt
- 1 olive oil
- 1 italian seasoning
Method :
- Chop the green pepper into little pieces
- Blend the pepper until it"s 100% liquid and the bits are the small as possible
- Add slowly the heavy cream to the blended pepper
- Boil the mix of cream and pepper around 20 minutes to get it thicker. Add a pinch of black pepper to it when starts boiling.
- Chop the garlic and fry it about 3 minutes
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to each stake, then add a little italian seasoning too.
- Cook two stakes at the time, keeping the pan as hot as posible and turning the stakes every one or two minutes until they get a nice brown color
- Serve the sause con top of the stakes
