
Ingredients :
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken
- 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom
- salt and pepper
- your favorite seasonings
- 8 oz blanco velveta block sliced
- 28 oz o'brien hashbrown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown hamburger meat, add onion and saute until onions are soft.
- Mix in soups and heat through. Pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish. Lay slices of blanco cheese over meat mixture to cover.
- Layer hashbrowns on top. Bake for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle shredded monterrey jack over top and heat till melted.
