Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb green beans, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Method :
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place the green beans in a shallow, rimmed baking dish. Add the garlic, olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Toss together.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the green beans are lightly caramelized but still slightly crisp.
- Remove from the oven , sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve. 121 calories/serving; GL=1, Glycals=1
