Recipe Baked Pork Steaks & Fries

Ingredients :

• 2 pork steaks
• to taste kosher salt
• to taste course black pepper
• 1 yellow onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• Worchestershire sauce
• Hand cut fries
• Crisco oil

Method :

1. Season meat then add onions, garlic, a little water, and sauce to a roasting pan.
2. Put in a 350 degrees oven and bake 30 to 35 min.
3. Heat the oil an, fry the potatoes till golden brown.
4. Can add bbq sauce
