Ingredients :
- 1 Cup + 2 tbsps All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch salt. (Do not use salt if you are using salted butter.)
- 1 Stick (1/2 cup) Butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Choc Chips
Method :
- Combine the first 3 dry ingredients. (Flour, salt, baking soda)
- Beat the softened butter using an electric hand mixer til creamy and smooth.
- Add the sugars and mix well til it gets fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla extract, milk and sour cream.
- Add the flour mixture into the butter/sugars mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Keep the cookie dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to baking.
- While the dough is in the fridge, pre-heat your oven to 350℉/180℃ for at least 10 minutes.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- When the dough is ready, form them into 1 tbsp balls. Give at least an inch space between them when you bake.
- Bake it for 8-10 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
- You need to check it just to make sure that they don"t over cook.
