
Ingredients :
- 6-8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped small broccolli
- 1 cup chopped small mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups shredded spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or feta)
- salt, pepper, seasioning
Method :
- Preheat oven 300 degrees
- Whisk eggs, milk, seasing. Set aside.
- Chop veggies. Saute.
- Butter pan and dust with bread crumbs
- Layer veggies on bottom, pour over eggs, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 30 min, or until cooked through. Broil last 5 min.
- Serve and enjoy!
