Ingredients :
- 2 (8x8 cm) blocks thick fried tofu (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 10 cm Japanese leek (chopped)
- *Sauce (mixed in advance):
- 2 tbsp *soy sauce
- 2 tbsp *sugar
- 1 tbsp *sake
- 1 tbsp *vinegar
- White sesame for topping
Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan, cook thoroughly on both sides until browned.
- Pour the * sauce over it and simmer, add the Japanese leek and keep simmering, shaking the pan from time to time, until the sauce is almost gone. Sprinkle with white sesame for topping.
