
Ingredients :
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 seaweeds
- 1/4 cup jullienne carrots
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup beef
- 1 tbs soysauce
- 1/2 cup avocado
- salt & pepper
- cooking oil
Method :
- Saute beef, add soy sauce & sprinkle with salt & pepper
- When beef is cooked remove from the pan. Saute spinach with the remaining sauce from the beef
- Wash rice 2 to 3 times. Then cook with 1 cup of water in low fire.
- Set the rice to cook in 20minutes
- Prepare the sushi bamboo roll.
- Place seaweed on low fire for 1 second per side until it changes color. Make sure you dont burn it
- Place the seaweed on top of the bamboo roll then place rice. On top of rice place carrots, cucumber, beef & spinach then roll.
