
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp boiled rice
- an onion, a tomato,a green chilly finely chopped
- 1 tbspn butter
- salt as per taste
- your favourite seasoning
Method :
- Mix the egg yolk s with rice ,chopped vegetables and salt.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan.Now add the egg mix into the pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid and lower the flame allowing the omelette tto get fully cooked.
- Remove from the flame and serve with topping with your favourite seasoning.
