Ingredients :
- 1 Some red Desiree potatoes
- 1 Fresh chopped thyme and rosemary
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Sea salt & cracked black pepper
Method :
- Pre-heat oven to 180*C. Cut slits into spuds- about 3/4 the way through.
- Mix oil with herbs and apply to spuds- making sure to get oil into slits.
- Bake for 30mins. Season and serve. Very nice and a good way to pretty up a side- good texture also. Enjoy!
