
Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Corn Starch
- 1/3 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 stick (4 oz) Unsalted Butter
Method :
- Melt the butter and add sugar . Next add corn starch (you could also use same amount of potato starch ) and flour.
- Knead everything well to form a thick dough
- Separate the dough into two equal halves .Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for about an hour or so
- Take the dough and cut in two desired shape ( I made those lines above with a fork) and arrange it on a baking tray
- Preheat the oven to 325F and bake the biscuits to about 15 minutes or until the biscuit becomes lightly brown on the bottom side.
